The uploader is highly reputable, no doubt. However, the photo contains cartoon/animated protest signs taken from The Simpsons (i.e. copyright material) and highly emphasizes the signs. I doubt de minimis applies. George Ho (talk) 01:45, 17 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@George Ho  Delete The photo itself was already questionable, but it gets worse:
  1. The file description is: "twirling towards freedom" at the Rally to Restore Sanity and/or Fear. (Per the provided link, the quote comes from The Simpsons.)
  2. The photo is included in en:Politics in The Simpsons#Real-world politics with this caption: Signs referencing The Simpsons at the 2010 Rally to Restore Sanity and/or Fear.
This emphasises not only the signs, but also The Simpsons itself. De minimis definitely does not apply here.
This event was in the US, where no relevant freedom of panorama is available. Brianjd (talk) 15:56, 17 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
